Elemental Wellness is focused on harmonizing the elements of well-being through nurturing the mind, body, and soul. We offer mental health and addiction counseling services with a focus on trauma and spirituality. Along with counseling, we provided group events and 1:1 services which allow a person to deep dive into yoga, Ayurveda, essential oils, energy healing and sound bowl healing. Our hope is to provide a person with a whole-being experience that they may be able to fully connect with themselves and allow a deeper interconnectedness to grow.
