New Counseling Intern Helps Make Therapy More Accessible

Elemental Wellness, in Wernersville, has welcomed Allyson Woodward, a master’s-level counseling intern from Alvernia University, who is offering reduced-rate counseling for individuals 15 years and older. Available both in person and virtually for Pennsylvania residents, sessions focus on mind-body wellness, self-care, life transitions and spiritual exploration.
Woodward is supervised by owner Jamie Hogan, a licensed therapist whose work emphasizes spirituality, the mind-body connection and energy-based approaches to healing. “Low-cost support can make a meaningful difference for individuals seeking guidance, personal growth or a deeper connection to themselves,” says Hogan. “If you are looking to increase self-care, receive support for life choices or want to explore your spiritual side, Allyson will be available for you.”
