Guided by local artist, Eiren Graver, known for her approachable teaching style, thoughtful design eye, and love of all things handmade, you’ll learn to create a beautiful throw blanket - one square at a time. We’ll begin with foundational stitches and gradually introduce new techniques as your confidence grows, building both skill and creativity along the way. This 6-class series meets every other week (see dates, below, as we skip an extra week for July 4th) giving you plenty of time to practice at home and enjoy the process without feeling rushed. Knitting is a skill that provides proven benefits to brain health and stress management and can stay simple or expand into an infinite variety of complex stitches and patterns.
