Interval Training Comes to Health By Design

Interval training expert Jackie Florio has joined the fitness team at Health by Design Natural Clinic, in Leola. Interval training is the practice of alternating bursts of intense activity either with rest or with intervals of lighter activity, and can be a valuable addition to any fitness program. Runners, for example, might do a track workout that involves sprinting through the straightaways and jogging through the turns.
