Holding Space Yoga is partnering with Nissley Vineyards to offer an outdoor summer yoga series, in Bainbridge. Held every other Saturday at 10:30 a.m. from July 11 through August 22, these all-levels, slow-flow classes are designed to provide a gentle, grounding start to the day in a peaceful vineyard setting.

“This seasonal offering encourages participants to connect with nature while enjoying mindful movement and breathwork outdoors,” says Holding Space Yoga’s founder Sarah Shelton. Attendees are welcome to stay after class to relax and enjoy the vineyard, with an optional wine flight and other offerings available for purchase separately.
