TSW Life Coach and Consultant LLC is offering a workshop series—It’s A Process—led by trauma-informed certified life coaches Tara Wages and Nancy Zink. Each one-day workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Circle of Grace, in Mount Joy. Sessions include Resiliency: You Are Stronger Than You Think on July 25, 2026; Rewrite Your Story: Changing Your Narrative on August 29, 2026; and The Courage to Transform: Living Your Best Life on September 26, 2026.

Tara Wages & Nancy Zink 

Wages specializes in guiding individuals through life transitions using coaching and experiential modalities. Zink has more than 20 years of experience facilitating workshops focused on recovery, personal growth and parenting children with special needs.

Limited to five participants, the series will use action methods to help individuals build self-awareness, navigate life transitions, and work toward personal growth and recovery goals in a supportive small-group setting.
