Rodale Institute will host its Seasonal Farm-to-Table Dinner Series from 6 to 9 p.m. on June 21 and 26, 2025, and September 25 and 27, 2025, at the institute’s Founder’s Farm, in Allentown—the heart of the modern organic movement. Each evening features an al fresco meal crafted with organic ingredients harvested from the institute’s own regenerative farm and prepared by acclaimed local chefs.

Guests will sip handcrafted seasonal cocktails and mocktails in the Sculpture Garden, pick fresh flowers for their table centerpieces and enjoy a multi-course, seasonal dinner among the farm’s rolling fields. As the sun sets, dessert and organic coffee and tea will be served fireside under the stars. This immersive experience celebrates sustainability, community and the bounty of each season in one unforgettable evening.
