Local Panel Discussion About Aging America: Coping with Loss, Dying and Death in Later Life

Hospice & Community Care will hold a pre-recorded teleconference, Aging America: Coping with Loss, Dying, and Death in Later Life, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., October 3 (Registration deadline is September 30.), or from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., October 15 (Registration deadline is October 10.) at the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss, in Mount Joy.

Aging America panelists will integrate their expertise to deliver an in-depth discussion on innovative programs and new approaches to support older adults. A local panel discussion, featuring Rev. Glenn A. Beard, Jr., MDiv, BCC, Luthercare; Rev. Peter Kuhn, WellSpan Health; Ms. Danielle Geyer, MSW, Willow Valley Communities; and Carolyn Shertzer, Ph.D., psychologist in private practice, will address questions after the pre-recorded program.

Registration is required. Contact hours (2.5) are available for a variety of disciplines through the Hospice Foundation of America.
