I am a Holistic Wellness Coach and Therapist who offers individual counseling (in Pennsylvania) as well as individual and group coaching wellness courses. I also provide these coaching services, mental health education, trainings and speaking engagements online and across the country. Courses include Balance for Life (Level 1, evaluating and setting a foundation for the 8 areas of wellness), Nutrition for Life (Level 2, diving deeper into physical components of wellness like nutrition and fitness and learning about your body and the relationship with it), Biz Booster (Level 2, diving deeper into work related components of wellness like work/life balance, boundaries, workaholism, finances, time management, etc.).

Areas of Expertise & Focus: While I can speak on many different aspects of mental health, my primary areas of expertise are issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicide. Other similar terms used to describe my client’s struggles are burnout, stress, ADHD, OCD, Panic Attacks, attachment issues, control and trust issues, identity issues, addiction issues, abandonment and rejection issues, difficulty regulating their moods, etc.

How I help “high level” summary: I assist people in addressing these issues by helping them balance each aspect of wellness (emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, financial, social, environmental, and spiritual wellness). My goal is to take them from the point of chaos to a place of calm and peace where they feel in control of their life, their choices, and how to respond to their environment.

How I help “ground level” summary: This may look like meditation, journaling, practical skill building, habit formation guidance and support, listening, holding space and allowing them to work through and give them confidence in finding their inner strength, facilitating connection with others who are at a similar place in their journey, reframing cognitive distortion’s, etc.

Clinical approaches incorporated: I use motivational interviewing, a solution-focused-strengths-based approach, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the existential approach, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Adlerian approaches.
