Walnut Grove Family Medicine has announced the addition of Brenna Osmolinski, FNP-C, to its Willow Street practice. As a certified family nurse practitioner, Osmolinski brings an integrative approach to patient care that combines traditional medicine with holistic therapies focused on whole-body wellness. Her areas of specialty include women’s hormone health, nutrition, emotional wellness and mind-body care.

Osmolinski joins the team in providing patient-centered services that support long-term health through both preventive and wellness-based care. In addition to primary care, the practice—led by Dr. Mary Tierney—offers orthopedic treatments, regenerative therapies, metabolic and hormone testing, and other wellness-focused services. Plans are also underway to launch community health walks this year to promote active living, wellness and stronger community connections.
