Walnut Grove Family Medicine will host a meet-and-greet to welcome new provider Brenna Osmolinski, FNP-C, from 2 to 5 p.m. on May 19, 2026, at its Willow Street office.

As a certified family nurse practitioner, Osmolinski integrates traditional medicine with holistic therapies. Her specialties include women’s hormone health, nutrition, emotional wellness and mind-body care. Community members are invited to stop by, meet Osmolinski and learn more about the practice’s patient-centered approach.

The free event will also introduce upcoming community health walks designed to support active, healthy lifestyles. Light refreshments will be served, and staff will be on hand to answer questions about becoming a new patient and available treatment options, including primary care, orthopedic treatments, regenerative therapies, and metabolic and hormone testing, along with other wellness-focused services.
