Functional Health of Lancaster has welcomed Kirsten Miller, a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in functional and integrative medicine. She joins founder Dr. Mary Regan’s team, which takes a personalized, whole-body approach to identifying root causes of chronic conditions through lifestyle, nutrition and mind-body care.

Miller has extensive experience in primary care and community-based family medicine, with a special interest in complex and chronic conditions. She is particularly passionate about cardiometabolic health, hormone balance and mental wellness supported through nutrition, movement and lifestyle change. Her academic background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees from Millersville University, along with additional training through the Integrative Nurses Coaching Academy, an affiliate of the Institute for Functional Medicine.
