Holding Space Yoga is partnering with Stillness and Flow With Zania, to offer donation-based community yoga classes at Tellus 360 in downtown Lancaster. Designed to foster connection, grounding and gentle movement through the winter and early spring, these weekly classes invite participants to slow down and come together in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Classes are held every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., through April 16. Sarah Shelton of Holding Space Yoga alternates teaching with Zania of Stillness and Flow With Zania creating a balanced, supportive practice. Each class blends gentle flow, mindful movement and accessible postures suitable for all levels.
The series emphasizes community over performance, encouraging participants to reconnect with themselves and others while practicing in one of Lancaster’s most vibrant venues. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water. With its “pay-what-you-can” model, these classes make movement, mindfulness and togetherness accessible throughout the winter season.
Location: 24 E. King St., Lancaster. For more information, call 717-940-9338, email [email protected] or visit HoldingSpaceYoga.com.
