 Natural Awakenings Lancaster-Berks

Start the New Year With Mindful Yoga

Holding Space Yoga invites the community to begin 2026 with breath, movement and mindfulness. During January, new and returning students can purchase an eight-class pack for $60 (savings of $20), and receive two additional classes for free. This promotion encourages a sustainable, supportive approach to yoga, emphasizing presence over pressure.

Classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, offering gentle, accessible instruction that meets participants wherever they are. By focusing on mindful movement, students can cultivate calm, strength and resilience as they set intentions for the year ahead.

Holding Space Yoga, founded by local yoga teacher Sarah Shelton, is located at Urban Well Yoga Studio—inside St. James Episcopal Church, in downtown Lancaster. Shelton provides a welcoming environment that prioritizes self-care, connection and personal growth, one breath and one class at a time.

A new 2026 schedule has launched, featuring moderate Vinyasa yoga classes and more. For the full schedule and updates, follow the studio on social media.

Location: 119 N. Duke St., Lancaster. For more information, call 717-940-9338, email [email protected] or visit HoldingSpaceYoga.com.
