Earthbound Natives, a new venture by Earthbound Artisan, strives to make native and edible plant buying easier and more convenient for their customers through online shopping and curbside pickups. The website sells a wide range of grasses, shrubs, trees, perennials, ferns and vines. Samantha Curran, nursery manger, takes great delight in helping clients choose the ideal plants based on their land conditions. Both she and Tim Seifarth, owner of Earthbound Artisan and Earthbound Natives, enjoy talking and texting with customers as they discern which plants are best suited for them.

About the process, Curran says, “I give comprehensive plant descriptions such as lighting and soil requirements, height, edibility and other important facts. I want to provide my clients a resource they can refer back to when needed.” Curran, who has been working with Seifarth for several years, loves teaching and learning from her clients and being surrounded by native plants. “It’s the most rewarding job ever,” she says.
