Jeannie Peck, traditional naturopath and owner of Health by Design, in Leola, will host a free class at 12:15 p.m., May 11, 2021, via Zoom, about ways to combat seasonal allergies, sinus congestion, skin conditions and asthma with natural solutions. The discussion will include the benefits of ionic foot cleanses, how they work and how the combination of halotherapy (micronized salt), far infrared sauna and ionic foot cleanses help to boost the immune system and open detoxification processes naturally in preparation for allergy season.
