The Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13 Citizenship Program was voted the “Best of the Best” by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the 2018-2020 grant year. The Citizenship Course is a Community Inclusion Program.

“This program is only successful because of the strong community support we receive from the state and local governments, partnering agencies and our wonderful IU13 teachers and assistants,” says Tim Shenk, IU13 community education program director.
