The sixth annual Guts & Glory: Digestive & Wellness Expo 2019, presented by My Gut Instinct, Inc., will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., September 28, at First Energy Stadium, in Reading. The free, pet-friendly community event for all ages is an exciting journey of wellness education, nutritional awareness and health consciousness.
