Health by Design, located in Leola, is now offering Salt and Sauna, a natural remedy to help soothe the symptoms of allergies, asthma, skin and upper respiratory conditions. An open house is scheduled from noon to 2 p.m., May 8. Attendees can drop in any time to enjoy a light lunch, while learning about the benefits of halotherapy and ways to combat seasonal allergies; sinus congestion and asthma symptoms; try the Salt and Sauna therapy; and experience an ionic foot cleanse.
