An Evening with Bestselling Author and Changemaker Father Greg Boyle

A guest of the Parish Resource Center and ASSETS, the Reverend Gregory J. Boyle, SJ, founder of Homeboy Industries, will speak from 7 to 8:30 p.m., November 10, at Hempfield High School Performing Arts Center, in Landisville. Boyle is widely known as the New York Times bestselling author of the books Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion and Barking to the ChoirIn his buoyant yet reflective style, Boyle will share his remarkable life experiences and the hope he sees every day. 

 

Fellow authors Elizabeth Gilbert and Anne Lamott share praise for Boyle. Barking to the Choir is a beautiful and important and soul-transporting book about how to love people––how to really love people––and how to know God when you see God,” shares Gilbert. This is a fantastic book.
