 Natural Awakenings Lancaster-Berks

Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging Workshop

Lori Martin, owner of Aqua Blue Wellness Center, in Leola, will give a presentation about Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI), at 6:30 p.m., November 13, at Sage Continuing Education, in Lancaster. DITI, also known as thermography or thermal imaging, detects the subtle physiological changes that accompany breast pathology, including cancer, fibrocystic disease, infection or vascular disease.

Thermal imaging is a non-invasive clinical imaging procedure. By showing the thermal abnormalities present in the body, it is used for detecting and monitoring a number of diseases and physical injuries.

Martin studied at the Trinity School of Natural Health, in Indiana, and the American College of Clinical Thermology. She continues to further her studies to increase her knowledge of natural health.
