Be The Match Marrow Donor Program
Join Lancaster Cancer Center (LCC) in the fight against blood cancers and blood disorders by registering in the National Marrow Donor Program. Joining the Be The Match registry means volunteering to be listed as a potential blood stem cell donor, ready to save the life of any patient in need of a transplant.
Thousands of patients with blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma, sickle cell and other life-threatening diseases depend on this registry to find a match to save their lives.
Registrants must be between the ages of 18 and 44. To register, visit Join.BeTheMatch.org/LCC by September 22. Registrations will also be accepted at the annual LCC family picnic event from 1 to 4 p.m., September 8, at the Calvin G. High Pavilion, in Greenfield Corporate Center, 1853 William Penn Way, Lancaster.
