Rhonda Larson

Rhonda Larson has held a lifelong interest in good health practices, as well as a desire to help people. A career in nursing seemed like an ideal fit; however, after she had worked as a licensed practical nurse for many years, she noticed that modern medical practices were not truly helping people get well, but often just covering up problems“I also wanted healthier ways for my children and my family,” Larson relates. “That passion kept driving me to learn more, so I eventually decided to make a career out of it.

That passion led to Beautiful Healing Journey, Larson’s naturopathic practice, where she helps people achieve their own beautiful healing journeys through nutritional counseling and detoxification therapies. “It’s very individualized,” Larson says of her approach, “because what works for one person might not work for another.”

In recent years, Larson became interested in the emotional side of healing. I was working so much with nutrition and detoxification, but a large percentage of people I had seen over the years had some kind of mental health issue going onanxiety, depression, grief or sadness—and I felt like something was missing,” she says. “If you’re unhappy, it can hold you back in your healing journey, so I wanted to dive in and learn more about the emotional aspects of healing.”

She became certified in Emotion Code, which involves finding past emotions that have gotten stuck in a person’s energetic fields. “A blocked emotion can prevent proper circulation and flow of life through your body,” she says. “Because we have these stuck or blocked emotions, it prevents freedom and joy from flowing properly.

Larson uses applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to find blocked emotions“We also determine the age when those emotions happened,” she explains. “It’s the subconscious coming forth; the body remembers everything. Once the emotion is discovered, Larson uses magnet therapy to remove toxic emotions from the body.

“The goal of Emotion Code is to have emotional freedom, lightness of spirit and the ability to move forward with life,” she reiterates. She’s in the process of becoming certified in Theta Healing, another emotional release technique.

Larson operates Beautiful Healing Journey primarily as a virtual practice, offering SkypeGoogle Talk and phone sessions. She also has an office at Lancaster County Osteopathic & Integrative Health for in-person consults.

Many people Larson sees for the first time are unhappy, sick or just overburdened with life. “But when I see them months later and notice how they got rid of things that were holding them back, it’s inspiring to see people blossom into who they’re meant to be.

Larson offers free, 15-minute, initial phone consults with individuals. For more information or to schedule an appointment, contact Beautiful Healing Journey at 717-341-3916, email [email protected] or visit BeautifulHealingJourney.com.
