Presented by Turkey Hill Dairy, Hospice & Community Care’s Labor Day Auction will be held September 1 and 3, at Solanco Fairgrounds, in Quarryville. A wide array of authentic Amish food will be served all day, both days. Several specialty auctions will include quilt, plant, art and sports memorabilia. Beccah Hendrickson and Corinne Lillis from WGAL8 will be the guest auctioneers during the Day of Care Auction. Sports Talk show host Eric May will be the guest auctioneer for the sports memorabilia auction.  

All funds raised benefit patients and families receiving hospice and palliative care and bereavement support through Hospice & Community Care and the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss.  

Hospice & Community Care is a nonprofit hospice provider that has been serving patients and families at end of life since 1980. Last year, the organization provided care for more than 3,000 hospice patients, 2,500 palliative care patients, and 9,000 adults, teens and children who received grief support from the Pathways Center for Grief & Loss.
