hOMe PYM is offering a Digital Detox Summer Program, including retreats and weekly camps for various ages three through adult, in a beautiful wooded, natural setting in Berks County. Each week the camp program will include yoga and meditation practice and other holistic, wellness activities geared towards the specific student population. 

Activities promote good, old-fashioned fun by enjoying nature and being with other people without having to take pictures. Present time will be savored as participants discover a mind-body-spirit connection and decreased anxiety due to time spent away from EMF waves and blue lights. Tools will be provided to help people of all ages weather life’s challenges.
