The fourth annual Guts and Glory Digestive and Wellness Expo 2017, presented by My Gut Instinct, Inc., will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., October 7, at First Energy Stadium, in Reading. The free and interactive event for all ages is handicapped accessible, and focuses on wellness education, nutritional awareness and health consciousness.
