Odds and Ends Corner Hosts October Events

Odds and Ends Corner will be exhibiting an exclusive line of custom wire wraps by Knaubles Baubles at the 2017 Little Buffalo Festival, October 7, from noon to dusk, at the Little Buffalo State Park in Newport. They will be located in the SEA.SHAY. Art booth.

Odds and Ends Corner’s herbal specialist and author of the Herbalpedia, Maureen Rogers, will present "Herbal Home Remedies" from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., October 22 at the Eicher Arts Center, in Ephrata. Attendees will learn the traditional healing uses of common herbs found in most homes and gardens, as well as traditional combinations used to support the body against colds, allergies, and fungus, and including those that aid in the treatment of diabetes, lyme disease, and aches and pains that require more than just a few herbs.

In addition, Odds and Ends Corner’s certified crystologist, Zak, will present “An Introduction to Crystal Energies”, from 1 to 4 p.m., October 29 at Herbal Essentials, Steelton. Topics will include defining, selecting, identifying, caring for, cleansing and using crystals. The discussion will be followed by an open question and answer period.
