The Farmhouse Kitchen is an organic cafe and juice bar located in the heart of the vibrant West Reading Main Street corridor, where breakfast and lunch are served all day in a warm and inviting environment. Seasonally inspired ingredients add excitement to the ever-changing menu that includes as close to 100 percent organic, non-GMO ingredients as possible. Meat, poultry and dairy selections are sourced from local, organic farms, where grass-fed animals freely roam on open pastures. 

Chief Organic Officers Martie Samuel and Joel Moceri source local ingredients when possible, important not only for freshness and enhanced health benefits but also for the livelihood of the local farming communities. “It’s important to us that guests know where certain ingredients are sourced, and through that transparency, we are able to honor the hard work of the local farming community,” explains Moceri. 

With values focusing around relationships, community and sustainability, Samuel and Moceri strive to empower individuals to make informed decisions on health and wellness. Alongside other like-minded members of the community, through a concerted effort, they hope to make a positive impact on the progressive health movement in the local area. 

“It brings us much joy to provide a community hub of nostalgia and comfort. We want guests to feel ‘at home’, surrounded by smiles and laughter,” enthuses Samuel.
