Yoga and Mindfulness Camp for Teens at Kula Kamala Yoga Ashram

Kula Kamala Foundation and Yoga Ashram is hosting Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens, from 2 to 5 p.m., on seven consecutive Sundays, beginning July 16. The camp is designed for students ages 13 to 17, and will explore the many facets of yoga, while learning about health, wellness and wholeness in a safe and peaceful environment. Students will practice yoga, create music, spend time outdoors, meditate and more.

As a nonprofit organization supporting wellness in the community, Kula Kamala Foundation and Yoga Ashram is honored to offer this camp as a pay-what-you-can camp. Pay-what-you-can is not free, but rather an opportunity to pay as intention and finances allow.

Maybe things are rough this year, and you cannot afford a lot; thats okay. Maybe this year is abundant and you can afford to pay more than suggested so someone else can also access this resource,” explains co-founder and Executive Director Sudha AllittWhen we live in this manner, where everyone does what they can, it is called radical generosity. What a great way to say I love you’ to your teen, and provide the tools that will support their journey in this life.

Suggested payment for the seven-week camp experience is $210. Location: 17 Basket Rd., Reading. To register, call Allison at 484-772-6446. For more information, visit KulaKamalaFoundation.com.
