Second Annual BBQ Week Under the Tent at Zest!

Jim & Sharon Landis, owners of Zest! specialty cooking store, in Lititz, are hosting their Second Annual BBQ Week, with outdoor classes under the tent, from June 26 through 30. Adult cooking classes begin at 6 p.m., and the kids’ cooking class begins at 1 p.m.
June 26––Grilled Pizza: Chef Paul Anater shares his homemade pizza dough secrets for crispy crust, delicious smoky flavor and adding favorite toppings.
June 27––Grilled Desserts: Join Pastry Chef Danielle at the grill to learn how to create delectable desserts.
June 28––Kids Cooking School: Grilled Sliders and More: Gwen Eberly invites kids aged 8-12 to join her for this fun-filled tasty experience of grilling mini-burgers, potato wedges and s’mores.
June 28––Grilled Thai Street-Food Favorites: Chef Jeff Thal will bring his skills to the grill with an authentic Thai menu.
June 29––Baby Back Ribs on the Grill: Jim and Sharon Landis will share a few of their favorite grilling recipes. Learn the secret to grilling mouth-watering ribs and an array of delicious sides. This amazing menu features pairing the food with Waltz wines.
June 30––Date Night Under the Stars: Join Chef Antonino Elia as he grills an amazing Italian menu, perfectly paired with wine, while being serenaded with live music under the lights.
