June is a great time to take advantage of the bounties of early summer, to celebrate good eating and drinking with milk from 100 percent, grass-fed cows living right here in the garden spot of the world––Lancaster County. Oasis is a collective of Lancaster County farmers, using chemical-free and certified-organic growing techniques, to build the nutrient content of their soil in order to grow healthy plants and healthful food. 

The retail store offers a whole range of dairy foods: fluid milk (raw and low temperature pasteurized), a large variety of raw milk cheeses flavored by cultures and aging processes, butter, cottage cheese and yogurt, as well as a full line of fresh and freshly frozen meats. The food from Oasis is real live food coming from animals kept only in the most humane conditions.
