Lancaster Ag Hosts Real Health Conference

Lancaster Agriculture Products, in Ronks, is hosting the Real Health Conference, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., February 18, with over two dozen educational sessions and hands-on demonstrations for all levels of experience, led by field experts in sustainable and organic agriculture. A special keynote presentation titled The Oiling of America” will be given from 6 to 9 p.m., February 17, by Sally Fallon, founding president of the Weston A. Price Foundation and author of the cookbook, Nourishing Traditions. 

 

Speakers will be discussing topics such as nutrition, human and animal health, livestock breeding and selection, soil remediation, cover crops and real food processing. A locally-sourced organic lunch buffet is included with the cost of admission. Advanced registration will close on February 15; walk-in registrations will also be accepted.
