The Restorative Center Hosts Monthly Classes

The Restorative Center, in Exeter Township, Reading, hosts a free reiki share from 1 to 3 p.m., on the third Sunday of each month. A free meditation class is offered at 6:45 p.m., every Monday. Once a month, a meditation and tea tasting of seasonal teas is held; specific dates and registration details can be found on the website. 

 

The Restorative Center is an acupuncture and natural healing clinic. The team of professionals provide acupuncture, yoga and hot yoga, reiki and energy work, Shiatsu and Ashiatsu massage. 

Acupuncture can be helpful with anxiety and stress, pain, fatigue, Lyme disease and fibromyalgia, and reiki can help with pain and stress. 

 

Shiatsu is a massage technique that allows for the adjustment of the spine and the body in a gentle way. Yoga classes include Hot 26 Bikram style, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa yoga for all levels, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, LoMo yoga and meditation.
