Sarita-Linda Rocco, Wise Earth Ayurveda master teacher and practitioner, will hold a practitioner training from August 8 to 12 at Yoga Inlet, in West Reading. The purpose of this intensive is to teach the story of oneness through the eyes of ayurveda. It lays the foundation for all other ayurveda study.

Rocco comments, “As holistic practitioners, we believe and say that we are one, but do we really know what that means? Why and how are we one? Why is it important to respect the Earth, each other and ourselves? From this deep understanding springs all the knowledge of ayurveda. I love teaching this in a fun and experiential way using the daily practices of food, breath and sound.”
