Jen Frey, a certified flower essence practitioner, plant spirit healer and herbalist, has added egg limpias, a type of energetic cleansing, to the list of services she offers through her company Brigid’s Way, in Mount Joy. She will explain and demonstrate the technique from 6 to 7 p.m., June 11, at The Seed, in Lancaster.

Frey spent two weeks learning about the technique from internationally renowned herbalist and shaman Rocio Alarcon in Ecuador. She believes egg limpias can be helpful in healing spiritual diseases and removing negative energies.

She schedules sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays, the traditional days for conducting these cleansings. She also provides consultations, healing ceremonies and classes for adults and children. Distance sessions are available, too.
