Briala Bodyworks Changes Yoga Classes to Immersion Series

Briala Bodyworks is offering a unique approach to yoga suited to those interested in strengthening their commitment to the discipline through consistent and progressive learning in a private group setting. The studio will no longer offer drop-in classes; instead, yoga will be offered in a series of four private group immersion classes.

The four-class series schedule includes Yin Yoga, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., Mondays; as well as the Briakti Flow series, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Mondays, and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., Fridays. The 10:15 a.m., Thursday, and 8 a.m., Saturday, drop-in classes will no longer be offered.

According to studio owner and teacher Briala Silva, the immersion series is intended to guide students in a rewarding way toward tangible results within their practice, as well as expansive awareness within and throughout their lives. She provides a unique practice each day and gives attentive care to each student’s individual growth through personalized alignment-touch cueing during classes.
