Float Yoga of Lancaster has opened outside Lititz at 245 Bloomfield Drive, Suite 210. The 1,500-square-foot yoga studio offers yoga, Pilates, clothed massage, therapeutic stretch, hot stone massage, reflexology and wellness therapy.

Eight different types of classes feature aerial yoga, where participants hang in a kind of hammock and perform poses close to the ground. These hybrid classes combine yoga, gymnastics, aerial arts, dance, deep tissue massage and adjustment. An Intro to Floating Yoga class specifically addresses students new to the style, and a Kids Float class is available for children ages 10 to 15 with a parent in attendance.

In addition to the yoga room, there are two massage rooms for stretching, massage and reflexology. Some classes have limited space, so online advanced registration is recommended
