Be Well Lancaster Hosts Free Family Wellness Group

Be Well Lancaster, a holistic health center owned by chiropractic doctors Allison and Matthew Lapp, is hosting a monthly meeting of a Pathways Connect Gathering Group, a nonprofit, educational program that is free and open to anyone interested in learning more about family wellness. Pathways Connect enables individuals to build a community of support for conscious choices in favor of family wellness. Meetings take place at 1 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month, and children are welcome.

Using Pathways to Family Wellness magazine as a springboard for topics, the group discusses each issue’s articles. All attendees are encouraged to stop by the office in advance to receive a complimentary issue. Occasionally, guest speakers share or movies are screened.

The two chiropractors employ a mind-body healing approach known as Network Spinal Analysis (NSA). Their mission is to empower individuals to discover their true selves, transform their lives and awaken to their highest innate potential. The couple is passionate about bringing greater quality of life to individuals, families and all members of their community.

Location: 7 N. Mulberry St., Lancaster. For more information, call 717-205-2303 or visit BeWellLancaster.com.
