Barb Emmett, owner of Godfrey’s–Welcome to Dogdom, a four-acre canine campus for dogs and their owners in Berks County, is hosting a new live television show, Dog is Family, at 7:30 p.m., the second Thursday of each month, on the local cable Berks Community Television station (BCTV). The show can also be viewed later by accessing the archives at bctv.org.

Developed for the community of dog lovers that believe dogs are true members of the family, program content will introduce viewers to the latest in living a canine lifestyle, including travel, health and wellness. Heartfelt viewer stories about lessons learned in living with and loving dogs will be shared, along with information on current and sometimes controversial topics.
