Health By Choice, a wellness center located inside Weaver’s Natural Foods, in Manheim, is collaborating with Natural Alliance, a company that seeks to inspire self- empowerment for wellness, to offer a series of monthly wellness seminars, starting with How to Have Your Best Year Ever, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., January 28, at the Lancaster Farm and Home Center, in Lancaster. At the free event, qualified speakers will share time-proven wellness concepts to help attendees identify and fulfill their New Year’s health goals.

Health By Choice Founder Ella McElwee, a naturopathic and homeopathic doctor, will discuss how to boost energy, to care for our health naturally and to become fully engaged in life.

Natural Alliance, a company founded by Patrick Kirkham and his wife Lori, hosts the monthly discussions, inviting qualified practitioners to participate in the monthly seminars in order to nurture the relationships between people, practitioners and products related to integrative and emerging health care modalities and the individual wellness journey.
