Yoga Studio Opens in West End of Lancaster

Dr. Jonina Turzi, a doctor of physical therapy and experienced registered yoga teacher certified in functional osteopathic and neurologic rehabilitation techniques, will move her physical therapy practice, formerly located in Rohrerstown, to adjoin a new yoga studio, West End Yoga, located at 221 West Walnut Street, in downtown Lancaster. The studio will be home to more than 20 teachers, all trained in mindful movement and healing arts, with diverse backgrounds that include yin, classical hatha, Iyengar-inspired, kundalini, alignment-based Vinyasa, restorative, Pilates, anusara and meditation.

In addition to daily classes, weekend workshops will be offered for in-depth learning. The studio and physical therapy room will each be equipped with an Iyengar yoga wall that can be used for suspension into inversions, enhancement of yoga practices and Pilates core training. More than twenty off-street parking spots are available for clientele.
