Cardiac and Cancer Yoga Therapy Offered in Reading

Rose Mary Herrero, of Integrative Health Coaching and Yoga, offers cardiac and cancer yoga classes at Reading Rehab Hospital and at Goggleworks Center for the Arts, both in Reading. Herrero has extensive training in teaching yoga for the needs of groups under specific medical diagnoses. Her teaching includes meditation, visualization, relaxation and yoga postures, applying the protocols in medical studies done by Dr. Dean Ornish and her training with the creator of the yoga used in Ornish’s program.

Based upon her training with Duke Integrative Medicine, Herrero provides Integrative Health Coaching, a wellness service that shares living well tools with groups or individuals diagnosed with cancer and life-altering conditions, those facing life transitions such as relocation, and anyone interested in making positive choices to live well.

All services are available in English and Spanish. Herrero leads group seminars and private classes, providing educational consulting, business coaching and personal shopping, as well as Ayurveda, Reiki and kripalu yoga.
