Circle of Life Center for Integrative Health, co-owned by holistic health counselors Jennifer Dydo and Chris Dydo, offers holistic health counseling, as well as integrative wellness, life and business coaching. The two provide sessions in their Ephrata office and by phone.

“I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible and fun,” explains Jennifer, adding that making gradual, lifelong changes enables clients to reach their current and future health goals.

Chris recently began to offer integrative coaching services at the center, based on his ongoing training through Coach U and 25 years of experience in business and management. The complementary approaches of coaching and holistic health counseling help clients to achieve their objectives. Through regular coaching sessions, clients identify what is important to them and align their thoughts, words and actions accordingly.
