Qigong For Recovery Featured at National Association Conference

The National Qigong Association (NQA) will hold its 18th annual conference from July 26 through 28, at the Doubletree Hilton in King of Prussia. A nonprofit, premier membership organization for qigong, NQA acts as an umbrella for all styles and systems and provides resources for students, teachers and anyone interested in qigong and the energetic arts.

This year's conference features three days of workshops, presentations and demonstrations by leaders in the field of qigong, t’ai chi and the energetic arts. Local practitioner Mark R. Reinhart will present the four-hour workshop, Three Rivers/12 Steps: Qigong For Recovery, on July 26. Reinhart, founder of The Path of Three Pure Rivers (San Qing He Dao), teaches classes and workshops to help clients rebalance and harmonize the self.

Reinhart, who holds a master’s degree in medical qigong and has extensively studied qigong and taijiquan, as well as classical and Traditional Chinese Medicine, also offers treatment for addictive disorders.
