Brandi Woodard, founder of The Yoga House, has expanded her business to include Nectar's Cafe & Juice Bar, which serves breakfast and lunch in an inviting and relaxing environment. Popular features on the affordable menu include blended and extracted fruit and vegetable juices, as well as soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods, all prepared from scratch using Woodward’s home recipes. The space can be rented for private functions of 20 or fewer participants.

Situated within the historical Old Kemp Hotel, The Yoga House offers the following classes on a regular basis: Sling Yoga, Yoga on the Ball, Flow Yoga, Beginner Basics Yoga, and Yodates, Woodward’s trademarked, unified mind-body approach to cardiovascular conditioning. “I developed Yodates as a fun, vigorous moving meditation that ultimately quiets the mind, strengthens the body and evokes a feeling of bliss,” says Woodward, who also offers unique retreats and workshops throughout the year.
