Mary Woolson Launches Health and Wellness Coaching Practice

Mary Woolson has launched SynchronEssence, a health and wellness coaching practice designed to mentor people as they create happier, healthier lives through conscious living. Her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York influences her holistic approach, one that views wellness as a balance between body, mind and spirit. Programs are tailored to meet the specific goals of her clients—typically to lose weight, increase energy, think more clearly, manage stress and make lasting lifestyle changes with regard to nutrition, movement, relationships, career and spirituality.
Coaching can be done in person or by phone and begins with a free 50-minute health consultation to help prospective clients may determine if health coaching is right for them. If so, they can immediately begin work to achieve their health and wellness objectives. The ultimate goal is for clients to reconnect with their purpose and live joyfully and authentically.
