Our facilitator Bhalchandra is on a mission to share the joy of drumming and music with as many people as possible. For him, playing music is a path to the Sacred Self. Bhalchandra has over 25 years of musical practice and experience and has found a way to make playing accessible to all who want to join.

Drumming is literally at the heart of every being. When we drum together, our hearts connect with one another. Energy is moved through group intention and the drum becomes a tool of mindfulness meditation. Any one of any age or experience can join this practice. It is open to all! (Children should be accompanied by their grown up.) Not sure about drumming? Tapping a foot or clapping your hands is an equal contribution. We will also provide many other instruments such as shakers, rattles, and chimes. Sessions will be concluded by a relaxing sound meditation to soak up all the energy we created together.
