Experience a sound bath designed to gently release the stress, mental load, and emotional weight. Using crystal singing bowls, soothing tones and vibrations will fill the space, quiet the mind, and help reset the nervous system. You are invited to lie down and experience deep relaxation; no effort required, just rest and receive. 

 What to bring:

• a Journal (if you don’t have one, journaling sheets will be available)
• Whatever is most comfortable for you as you will be laying down. Mats, pillows, and blankets are available. However, you are welcome to bring your favorite folding lawn or lounge chair.
