Celebrate the return of summer with a special evening designed to awaken the senses and restore the spirit. Timed just before the Summer Solstice, this elevated on-water experience weaves together the playful serenity of SUP Yoga with a live immersive sound journey, creating a one-of-a-kind floating sanctuary at sunset.

The evening begins with a brief paddle introduction and guided launch with Kami Kiritsis before we journey out together to anchor in our floating yoga studio. From the moment practice begins, you’ll be accompanied by live sound from Jen of White Wave Restoration, with the soothing resonance of gong, singing bowls, handpan, and other unexpected elements woven throughout the entire experience.

As you move through a gentle, SUP Yoga practice, sound and water work together to deepen presence, support relaxation, and enhance the rhythm of breath and movement. Expect mindful flow, spacious pauses, moments of balance and play, and a practice that invites you to be fully immersed—not only in yoga, but in the experience itself.

As golden light softens, the practice melts into an extended floating savasana, where the sound immersion continues, allowing you to rest deeply beneath the open sky as you absorb the calming effects of vibration, water, and stillness.
