Join us for a 90-minute deep dive into the fascia and the diaphragm- the often-overlooked muscle at the core of your breath, your posture, and your nervous system. In this powerful class, we’ll explore how chronic tension in the diaphragm, dysfunctional breathing patterns, and fascial adhesions can contribute to widespread pain, fatigue, anxiety, and even digestive issues. You’ll learn how restrictions in the diaphragm and fascia act as a silent signal of danger to the nervous system- keeping the body in a state of chronic dysregulation. Through guided breathwork and therapeutic fascia release using yoga blocks, you’ll begin to restore space, softness, and safety from the inside out.
